Our approach.
We believe in an integrated approach to counselling. Because every one has different needs. We use our knowledge of the sensory system, neuroscience and therapeutic techniques to provide counselling that integrates both evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence. That means, we use what we know works, and then find what works best for your child.
Strengths based.
Strengths based practice acknowledges that everyone has strengths and the capacity to overcome obstacles in life. We support our clients to understand their strengths and build on them. Because it starts with believing in yourself.
Person centred.
We firmly believe that the client is the expert in their own story. A counsellors role is to support them in understanding and unlocking potential by focusing on what the client can do, not what they can’t.
