Supervision for sensitive souls.

Professional Supervision.

As a counsellor, you’re the guiding light for others, but who supports you? If you’re a sensitive soul, navigating the world of counselling can sometimes feel overwhelming. Supervision at Wild Light is here to offer a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you can breathe, reflect, and grow. Whether you experience anxiety, have ADHD, or simply feel like you don't quite fit into the traditional counselling mould, I understand.

Our approach is tailored to meet you where you are—confident, encouraging, and always approachable. We believe in creating a sense of belonging, where you can explore your challenges and victories in a way that feels safe and empowering. Here, you don’t need to fit into a box. You can bring your whole self—sensitivity and all—and find the support you deserve.

You deserve supervision that honours your unique rhythm; no rush, no pressure.

In our sessions, we move at your pace, allowing space for reflection and growth. Whether you need time to process or prefer a more structured approach, your needs and preferences guide the process.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and respected, no matter where you are in your journey.
