Feedback policy.

At Wild Light Counselling, we believe that all clients and their families have the right to feel safe and secure in accessing supports and therapies. Therefore, we welcome your feedback and questions. It is our commitment to you that we will respond with respect and work with you collaboratively to find a solution.

If talking it through doesn’t resolve the concern for you then you have the right to submit a formal complaint. You’ll be asked to provide the information in writing, and we will work through the complaint with you in a timely manner. You’ll be kept informed of the progress and the outcome of the complaint.

If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the complaint you have the right to take your complaint further. You can do this by contacting the Office of Public Guardian on 1300 653 187.
